Our coaching sessions can be conducted online via Zoom or MSTeams, over the telephone or Face to Face ensuring convenience and accessibility for all.

How much does the coaching cost?

Before we start work together I offer a free 15 minute consultation to make sure that we are the right fit and explain what I can provide. I can then offer you a quote for the services required.
